  • You understand you will be charged a $20 application fee.
  • You have applied for an apartment from this landlord. As part of the application process, the landlord may verify any information contained in my application and in other documents required to process the application. Any false statements or omissions are grounds for immediate application rejection, or future termination of any lease signed pursuant to this application.
  • You authorize you to provide to the landlord any and all information and documentation that they request. Such information includes, but is not limited to rental history, employment history, income, bank, and credit history.
  • You authorize the landlord to verify such information with the entities on my application. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.
